The book is finished

The process of finishing this book has been arduous, but worth it. After 9 long months I have completed my manuscript and made a life-long dream that much more of a reality. The next steps for me will be to complete the editing process with beta readers and proofreaders, fielding literary agents, and exploring options for publishing.

The timing couldn’t be more perfect, we’re only a week away from Christmas! I’m looking forward to spending the holiday with my beautiful little family, and can’t wait to see the look on my baby girl’s face come Christmas morning. This year is a special one for us as it will be the last year we share the holiday’s together as just us three. My husband and I are expecting twins in the summer of 2021! We’re very excited and looking forward to the chaos.

So many exciting things have happened for me and my family this year, and I’m so proud of myself for, despite everything else happening around me, completing my book! This is an accomplishment I’ve dreamed of and now it’s here. Here’s to hoping someone else thinks it’s worth it too and picks it up for publication! But regardless of any outcome, this is mine, I did it, and I look forward to continuing my creative pursuits in more books in the future.
